Kyle, Wes, and I went out to J.T. Bankers with Kyles girlfriend and few of her girlfriends. All the other girls had camera's (cuz it's what girls do when they get together I suppose?) and just kept taking ridiculous picture after ridiculous picture... And this is one of them! Mallory looking normal and me looking, well, ridiculous!

This is my belly button: the object of many hilarious conversations at work as of late. I decided not too long ago that I wanted by belly button pierced (as soon as Fyre has one of their 50% off deals!!!) and proceeded to show Gene my navel. He made a face and said, "WHOA!"

Apparently, he thinks my belly button is freakishly high because my torso is ridiculously long. I just think my pants are super low.

Either way, there's my belly button, three of my five tats (Opeth "O" and the two birds peeking from around the sides), and my cute (?) little belly pudge so flatteringly highlighted by the lighting...

*there is going to be a picture of Wes' motorbike wheels here as soon as I get one. We got the wheels back tonight but there needs to be lots of natural lighting for the pictures to do them any justice!*

The one night I remember to bring my camera to take pictures of the 1,800 or so pieces of paper that people donated a dollar to get (for Autism), signed their names on, and then hung around the store... is the night right after they've taken them down. F-I-G-U-R-E-S.

So, I took this picture insead. Not as cool, for sure. But a picture none-the-less.

Glassy is Classy

So... the field trip on Friday to WaWa is kinda messin' with my style. I'm going with the assumption that we're not going to be allowed to have any piercings... and two of mine (nose and conch) do NOT come out (well, technically the nose can, but it's pretty ouchy). I went to Fyre after class today and had Sarah put in a glass retainer that'll be easier to hide in the plant. My diabolical plan as to put gauze over the back and a strip of band-aid over the front (and claim that a chimp attacked me?). Boo. I'm going back to Fyre Friday afternoon to get my bar put back in though!

Oh, and my ear is a little red in the back from the changing process... :(

Busy Busy

Since we didn't get the freshly painted motorbike pieces back til tonight and it was too dark to take flattering pictures... I have to resort to images taken on Sunday. This is Wesley preparing a hugger for the painting process.

As soon as the sun is out, I'll have pics of the $3,000 (looking) paint jerb!

This is the red hot chile pepper sanwich from Lilly's. It's peppered turkey, cheddar cheese, chipotle mayo and lettuce on sourdough bread. Tastey! But worth $6.95? I'm still deciding...

Scuff-it-up

Here is Wesley scuffing-up the freshley primed gas tank! Since there's a period of time between priming and painting, everything needed to be sanded (more sanding!!) so that there was a roughed up surface for the paint to stick. The end is near... I can smell it!

First day of priming!

Matt and Wes working diligently in the final prep stages before priming. There was more sanding, some degreasing, a bit of acetone. Ultimately almost everything got primed (it's so exciting to see all the black and no blue and yellow!!!). Taken at Pollocks in Pottstown... Matt's place-of-employment.

Pork oh-so-tenderloin

The pork tenderloin sandwich and sweet potatoe fries from The Porterhouse! I did my first restaurant review on The Porterhouse and was asked by my professor to take pictures to include in the article. I was really hungry and this looked really good so I hurried through my pictures (unfortunately) but they still turned out well. Yummmmmmmay!!!

Oh, Motorbike!

Yup, this is the glory that is painting your own bike! Actually, in this photo, Matt and Wes are just prepping the pieces by sanding them. "Roughing" them up a bit so that the new pain has something to hold on to. At least tonight they were in the poorly lit, 20-degree garage at Wes' parents house :/
